Last updated October 3, 2026. This notice explains what NostraNova, LLC, doing business as NostraNova Consulting, collects through nostranova.com, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, we don't sell or share your information for marketing, and the only personal details we receive are the ones you choose to send us.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form. Your name, institution, email address, phone number and any message you write. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about how we might work together.
• Readiness check. Your answers stay in your browser. They aren't saved or sent anywhere unless you choose to include them in a message to us.
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't track you across other websites.

Cookies

We don't set any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set one security cookie, cf_clearance. It helps tell people from automated bots, lasts up to a year, and isn't used to identify or track you. The contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser for signs of automation without tracking you.

If you use the light and dark mode switch, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn't a cookie and is never sent to us.

Because none of this tracks you, there's no cookie banner to accept or decline.

Who handles your information

The site and contact form run on Cloudflare, which delivers form messages to our business email and acts on our behalf. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact any font or advertising service while you read it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries in our email for as long as we need to respond and for ordinary business records. Ask us and we'll delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send your request through the contact form. If you live in the EU, the UK or a US state with its own privacy law, you have these rights under that law as well.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
